PANDANGAN GURU TERHADAP PEMBELAJARAN BERORIENTASI REVOLUSI INDUSTRI 4.0 DI SEKOLAH DASAR

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pandangan guru terhadap pembelajaran berorientasi revolusi industri 4.0 di sekolah dasar. Pandangan tersebut dapat berupa argumen maupun asumsi pribadi berdasarkan sudut pandang dari guru yang bersangkutan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, pedoman wawancara, dokumentasi, dan catatan lapangan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah para guru di SD Dwijendra Denpasar. Analisis data yang digunakan meliputi tahap reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Hasil dari penelitian adalah (1) guru menyambut baik fenomena revolusi industri 4.0 yang memberikan dampak terhadap reorientasi pembelajaran di kelas; (2) konsep pembelajaran yang diharapkan terwujud adalah pembelajaran kolaboratif dengan mengoptimalkan fungsi ICT media, keterbukaan terhadap berbagai sumber pengetahuan, hingga meningkatkan level kognitif siswa; (3) terwujudnya pembelajaran berorientasi revolusi industri 4.0 di sekolah dasar adalah untuk membentuk gaya belajar yang efektif serta membangun keterampilan abad 21 yakni 4C bagi diri peserta didik; dan 4) dibutuhkan dukungan dari seluruh elemen pemegang otoritas pendidikan utamanya dalam penyediaan fasilitas dan pendampingan/pelatihan kepada guru-guru. Kata kunci : pandangan guru, pembelajaran, pembelajaran revolusi industri 4.0 Abstract This study aimed to describe points of view of teachers towards industrial revolution 4.0 oriented learning in elementary schools. The points of view can be in the form of arguments and personal assumptions based on the points of view of the teachers. The type of the research was descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques used were observation, interview guidelines, documentation, and notes. The subjects of this study were the teachers at Elementary School of Dwijendra Denpasar. The analysis of the data used included data reduction, data presentation, and data verification with source. The results of the study were (1) the teacher welcomed the phenomenon of the industrial revolution 4.0 which had an impact on the reorientation of learning in the classroom; (2) the concept of learning expected to actualize were collaborative learning by optimizing the functions of ICT media, openness toward various sources of knowledge, and improvement of the students’ cognitive level; (3) the realization of industrial revolution 4.0 oriented learning in elementary schools were in order to form effective learning styles and build skills 21st century namely 4C in the students; and 4) supports from all elements of the stakeholders of the educational authority were needed especially in the provision of facilities and assistance / training for the teachers.
